We ship anywhere in the world or otherwise stated.
In-stock products will be shipped within 2-3 business day of the order date. With the exception of pre-order reservations.
International Orders: Orders will be shipped directly from our factory in China. Customers are responsible for Customs duties taxes and brokerage fees (collected at checkout).
Indonesian Orders: Due to the carrier and Indonesian local customs policy. We are unable to ship directly to Indonesia, All order for Indonesia will take 30 or more days to process as items will be directly hand carried by our crew from Singapore to Jakarta then shipped via local express shipment (Gojek/Grab), JNE or JET to order address.
Singaporean Orders: Orders can be shipped directly to order address. Customers can also opt to collect the package from our office in Blk 168D Sime Lane, 524168 Singapore. Please fill out the notes during the checkout process when opting to collect your package from our office.
Returning and asking for an exchange is not encouraged as it takes a long time to process and leads to massive confusion. We will do everything in our power to prevent that and help you with any problem that you have with the board and send you replacement parts for free within the warranty time.

We do not accept refunds, We will help with any issues that you are having with your board and will continue to send you replacement parts for free if you are still elligible under the 90 days warranty period. We will help answer any of your questions and guide you with the repair of the board should any problems or future problems arise.
